Guns and wealth hit the fashion industry with a bang as images of wealth and war sky rocketed the now famous Crooks and Castles. Fueled by the rap industry, Crooks and Castles hit the ground running having famous rappers like Jay-Z, Kanye West, Nas, and Rick Ross rep their gear. Once that happened, Crooks and Castles became a part of the street culture, allowing every hustler and money-making flyboy show their true colors.

The meaning is simply that behind every Castle stands a Crook. Meaning behind every major clothing company or grand achievement, someone did something crooked to achieve that goal.
